Welcome to the Haptelle Affiliate Program. By applying to or participating in the Program, you agree to the following Terms and Privacy Policy.
1. Eligibility
To join our Program, you must:
- Be at least 18 years old
- Operate a website, social media account, or content platform
- Provide accurate and complete application information
We reserve the right to approve or reject any application at our sole discretion.
2. Program Overview
Approved affiliates may promote Haptelle products and earn commissions on qualified purchases made through their referral links.
- Commission rate: up to 6% per completed order
- Cookie duration: 30 days
- Commissions apply only to verified, completed orders
3. Commission Rules
Commissions are calculated based on:
- Successfully completed orders
- Orders that are not refunded, canceled, or disputed
- Valid referral tracking within the cookie window
We reserve the right to adjust commissions in cases of fraud, misuse, or technical tracking errors.
4. Payments
- Commissions are paid once per month
- Payments are processed manually
- Commissions are paid monthly via Stripe after verification of completed orders.
Payments are issued based on verified and completed earnings only.
5. Prohibited Activities
Affiliates may NOT:
- Use spam, misleading ads, or fake traffic
- Bid on branded keywords without permission
- Misrepresent Haptelle products or brand
- Promote through illegal or non-compliant content
- Use unethical or deceptive marketing practices
Violation may result in termination and forfeiture of unpaid commissions
6. Account Termination
We may suspend or terminate your affiliate account at any time if:
- You violate these terms
- Fraudulent activity is detected
- Your content no longer aligns with our brand standards
7. Intellectual Property
All branding, logos, product images, and promotional materials remain the property of Haptelle.
Affiliates are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use provided materials for Program promotion only.
8. Privacy Policy
We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal data.
Information we collect:
- Name, email, and contact details
- Website or social media profiles
- Payment details for commission payouts
- Tracking data (clicks, referrals, conversions via cookies)
How we use your data:
- To manage affiliate accounts
- To track referral performance
- To process commission payments
- To prevent fraud and ensure compliance
Data sharing:
We do not sell or rent your personal data.
We may use trusted third-party services (e.g., analytics or affiliate tracking platforms) to operate the Program.
Data retention:
We retain data only as long as necessary for business, legal, and operational purposes.
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms and Privacy Policy at any time. Continued participation in the Program means acceptance of updated terms.
