Why Tracking May Not Update Immediately

Haptelle currently ships within the contiguous United States only. Orders are shipped from our West Coast U.S. warehouse for faster domestic delivery.

Delivery to the Central U.S. usually takes 2–3 business days, while East Coast deliveries typically arrive within 4–7 business days after shipment.
4. Is my order shipped discreetly?
Yes — always.

All Haptelle orders are shipped in:
