After delivery, founding buyers will be invited to share honest ownership feedback about the ordering experience, shipping, packaging, care, and product experience. Eligible participants may choose between a $100 partial refund or $150 Haptelle Care Credit as a thank-you for detailed verified feedback. Positive reviews are not required. We are looking for real feedback from real owners.
